These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Craftiva ("we", "us", or "our") and the tools we provide at craftiva.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Craftiva provides AI powered creative tools, including image and video generation, script tools, and a credits system. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all laws and not to misuse it or attempt to break security or rate limits.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your login information secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or violate these Terms.

3. Credits, payments, and refunds

Some features require paid credits or plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable. Prices and packages may change from time to time.

4. Content and AI generated outputs

You are responsible for prompts and content you submit as well as how you use AI generated outputs. Do not use the Service to create illegal, hateful, or abusive content, or to infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Craftiva platform, design, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or resell the Service itself. Subject to model provider terms and applicable law, you may normally use your generated outputs for personal or commercial projects.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Craftiva will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages or for any amount greater than the fees you have paid to us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may update or change the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will try to give reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
